We know space is a premium so we have some cheap and cheerful solutions for you, as well as sets, props and costumes for reuse.
Leeds House
Rehearsals, readings & office space
Great stuff:
- 6 minutes’ walk from the rear of Leeds train Station
- 10 minutes’ walk from Leeds main shopping centre
- Large rehearsal areas and break-out spaces
- Good kitchen facilities
- Good natural light
- Very competitive usage rates
- Good toilet and shower facilities
Not so good:
- Not suitable for weekday daytime musical rehearsals, large casts, choirs
- Rolling 28-day lease so space maybe withdrawn at fairly short notice
- No WiFi

Albion House
Warehouse storage for sets, costumes & props
We firmly believe in sustainability in the arts, which is why we are a member of SAIL.
Thanks to our brilliant partners, Albion Electrical Wholesalers, we are able to offer organisations warehouse space for sets, costumes and props.
We are continually working with Leeds Students Sustainability Consultancy (University of Leeds) populate SAIL’s resource hub with available sets and props for reuse or repurposing, helping to close the resource loop within our local industry.
Sadly, for anyone currently needing storage space, we are full to bursting, but do keep checking back or give us a shout as we may be able to point you in the direction of some friendly folk.
